33 Specific Blood Tests Plus other optional tests
Cost: $41.00 plus a $5.00 sponsor fee that will go to the Capital Fund.
Tests include: Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels, Glucose check for Diabetes, Blood Cell Counts and Mineral Levels in the blood, checks for Liver Disease and Kidney Disease along with so much more. Thyroid Function and Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) for an additional small fee. These tests would normally cost $200.00 to $250.00.
